Now that the top three floors have been let to the Botnar Institute of Immune Engineering (BIIE), the entire first floor (4,000 m² with partial areas from 600 m²) and 1,100 m² on the ground floor are available for rent.

Design your own working environment according to your own individual needs. The first floor will be handed over in high-quality shell form and can be customized as required. It can be used for offices and/or laboratories (biology/chemistry) and can be divided into one to four rental units.

The circulation areas, service shafts, WCs, showers and the lab infrastructure rooms are fully fitted out. Connections for cooling, cold water, electricity and ventilation are available on every floor, as are the special media osmosis water, CO₂, nitrogen and compressed air. The screed is laid, including impact sound insulation, ready for the tenant fit-out.

Layout, finishes and tenant-specific installations are yours to design – with no compromises inherited from a previous tenant’s fit-out.

In addition to their individual working spaces, tenants get access to shared facilities.

If required, additional private utility space can also be rented in the basement.
